Here are Titan Support Wear, we pride ourselves on offering you the best delivery options we can. Full delivery and return details can be found below. It all sounds a little bit complicating so please forgive us, but we just want to make sure you know exactly how it all works. The key facts are (please ensure you read the full details further down - these are just headlines):

  • Orders before 3pm on working days are dispatched the same day.
  • Next day delivery is available before 3pm (see full options below)
  • Delivery prices start from being free
  • We can basically deliver to any country but if you aren't seeing your option then get in touch.
Processing time:

Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 3pm it will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that orders are not processed on a weekend of bank holiday and so orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (or next working day).

Shipping Options:

UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Standard Tracked)  – Free: 

  • 3-5 working days from the date you place your order.
  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour Service.
  • Once your order is processed, you will be sent a tracking number via text or email.

UK Tracked 24 hrs Delivery (Royal Mail Express Tracked)  – £2.95:

  • 2-3 working days from the date you place your order.
  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour Service.
  • Once your order is processed, you will be sent a tracking number via text or email. 

UK Special Delivery Guaranteed Before 1.00pm MON-FRI - £4.95

Orders must be placed before 1pm. If your order is placed after 1pm it will be dispatched the next working day (orders placed on a Friday after 1pm will be delivered on Tuesday the following week) 


Tracked Service - please note – a signature will be required on delivery

Please note:

  • We do not send orders on weekends or Bank Holidays. If you place an order after 3pm on a Friday, it will be processed and sent the following Monday.
  • If there is a discrepancy with Royal Mail, we can only issue a refund once an enquiry has been raised with the courier and we have a response from them. This will be issued at our discretion. 
  • We cannot refund or resend orders which have been lost within your workplace. If an order is delivered to your workplace, it is your responsibility to track down the parcel. 


  • We hope you love your purchase but we understand there are reasons you may wish to return your item/s.
  • To return an item, you have 2 options:




      • Returns must be made within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note
      • Items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original packaging and tags attached
      • Original postage & packaging costs will be deducted from your refund unless your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.  



    Please note, any returned items with visible stains, pet hair or scents to them such as cigarettes or perfume will not be refunded. Acceptance of returns is the discretion of the The Willow Traderand each item will be inspected when they arrive back to us. We hope you appreciate this is for the benefit of our customers.

    All of our items are checked thoroughly before dispatch and lovingly packed, however in the unlikely event an item is faulty, the normal returns procedure will apply and a full refund will be given. If your item is faulty, please email before returning your goods.
